Entry Form Help
Click on the teams you think will win.
You can not submit your entry until all games are picked.
Do not print your entry before it is sent.
After submitting, a "receipt" page will be returned that will show all your picks, and should fit on one page with most printers.
You must also enter a name for the entry. This should be something that will uniquely describe your entry to
yourself and others when it appears on the pool reports, so in most cases use your name. If you are
entering multiple entries, put a number after your name. For example: Doug Harvey 1, Doug Harvey 2
Your pool may require other information such as tiebreaker score (total points in final game), E-mail address, and other player information.
You must also enter a password (that you make-up) for each entry . Make a note of this password, in case you want to come back
later to change or delete an entry.
Note: you can not, for security reasons, use the password
that your pool administratator gave you as your entry password.
If you later try to update or delete one of
your entries, you will need to enter the name and password
exactly as originally entered. Case (upper or lower) matters. If
you forget an entry name or password, contact your pool administrator.
If you want to make another entry that is only slightly different from the current one, then after submitting
the first entry, on the receipt page, click the button
"Start Next Entry with These Picks". You will be returned to the entry
page with the form set like your previous entry. Then you can make changes (including changing the name) and submit another entry.
